Guest guest
Welcome here Laura and Niccii. Hope you enjoy it here. I always have a lot of fun in here. Here is a lasagna I make Linda. You never said if your daughter is Vegan or Lacto-ovo. Anyrate if your daughter eats or drinks dairy, here is a real good lasagna that I make that is a real hit. I use cottage cheese, hard cheese, and any kind of spaghetti sauce. I put a little spaghetti sauce on the bottom, layer of cooked lasagna, then the mixture of cottage cheese, grated hard cheese and spaghetti sauce. Make another row and do the same and then another row of 3 and plain sp. sauce and sprinkle grated cheese on top of that and bake in the oven till it is nice and hot. If she doesn't eat any dairy products you can use firm tofu and Yves veggie ground (Italian flavor) and do the same. That too tastes really good as well. You can you soy cheese instead of the other cheese. There you have. Hope you enjoy Linda. I didn't know that you can crockpot lasagna. That's so cool, Niccii. Well that's it for now. Not much is happening. Just so happy tonight cause my two daughters are home safe and sound. It's so wonderful to have them home.
