Guest guest
PT- You recently posted what looks to be a great Slow-Cook Sage Dressing recipe that I am going ot give a try this year. I am wondering if instead of the "Day old bread crumbs" I could use a packaged deal like the Peppridge Farm brands? With kindness, Beth Mail Plus - Powerful. Affordable. Guest guest
I don't see why you shouldn't be able to use that. I used a bag of bread cubes for stuffing/dressing (not sure of the brand). They weren't dry like croutons though, but more like slightly dryer bread than fresh. Give it a try. If it needs more moisture you can always adjust it by adding more broth, water or butter. ~ P_T ~ / Writing is the only thing that, when I do it, I don't feel I should be doing something else. ~ Gloria Steinem ~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~*~~~ , Beth Skeen <boomothergoose> wrote: > > PT- You recently posted what looks to be a great Slow-Cook Sage Dressing recipe that I am going ot give a try this year.
