Guest guest
Hello Stephanie; it is good to have you here. I don't have to cook dinner since I am going to a gathering at someone else's home this Thanksgiving. However, I have checked out those tofu turkeys in the freezer section of my market and I plan to get one for Yule. It looks like they come with some sort of stuffing and folks here who have tried it have said it is quite good. You could fix the basics to go with it like mashed potatoes, squash, corn or green bean casserole, tossed salad, cranberry sauce, some sweet breads, rolls, pumpkin pie..... ~ P_T ~ / It is easier to find a score of men wise enough to discover the truth than to find one intrepid enough, in the face of opposition, to stand up for it ~ A.A. Guest guest
the summer of 1997. This year, I want to try the Tofurkey... But what about the other dishes?? What does everyone else make for Thanksgiving?? My husband and I decided about 13 years ago to go away for Thanksgiving every year. Personally, I can't stand all the Happy Turkey day stuff. This year we went to St. Lucia and had grilled veggie antipasto and mushroom risotto. It was great. Laura
