As a matter of fact since you have the cookbook(Which they actually had a waiting list for.) can you post the recipe for us please ? Vegan Meatloaf from Veggie Works cookbook 1 lb TVP burger blend - dry mix 3 1/2 cups ice cold water 1/4 cup tomato paste 1 tsp black pepper 1 Tbs thyme leaf 1 medium onion - diced 1 tsp salt 1 cup bread crumbs Mix the burger blend with the cold water then refrigerate for at least 30 minutes. Add all ingredients together and mix with your clean hands. It is the best way to thoroughly mix it as the working material is extremely stiff. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees. Grease a bread loaf pan and push the mixture into the pan. Use wet hands to smooth the top over, then bake loaf in the oven for 55 minutes. Allow to cool completely before using.
