Jiffy

I mix Jiffy corn muffin mix and flour in equal parts, and then seasoning (look

for " fish fry " kind of stuff) to taste. I keep it in the freezer and use it as

coating for tofu to be fried, or anything else that you would dip in flour

before frying

 

You could just make muffins? I love their corn muffins. (but remember something

here about lard?!? check the labels)
