LOL Well I do feel like a kid at heart but (and there

always seems to be that but huh) I just don't like

Halloween and everything it stands for. LOL Actually

I've been having a lot of ear trouble and it felt like

I was in a barrel and that everytime I talked I felt

like I was shouting. Then too my tummy wasn't itself

either. LOL But hey I'm feeling a lot better now so...

Then too Halloween is over with too. ROFL

Now speaking of salt I've seen sea salt, is that any

better then table salt and kosher salt? What is in

that? And is it healthier. Just wondering.

It's 6:22 PM and listening to the news. There sure a

lot of people missing. So far I've heard 4-5 people

missing. It is so unbelievable. So how has been

everyone's day. Mine has been really good. I feel good

and life is good and ... and ... Need I say more.

Heehee. OH the sun was shining, even if it has been a

bit hazy out. But it is good. It is cold and out comes

the winter coats but I am in the house and it is nice

and toasty warm. :) My favorite program comes on

tonight " The Agency " . There are two other programs I

seem to like which is, " Without a Trace " and

" Crossing Jordan. " Yes I'm weird. LOL Now what in the

world does that have to do with quick vegetarian

meals. I have NO idea. Just thought I would be

different. HAHAHAHAHA The other greatest news which is

FAR better then any shows is my DAUGHTERS are coming

home next weekend. I can't wait to see them. My girls

are away to college.

Now I should post a recipe in here so that you won't

think I'm TOO weird and lost all my mind not realizing

that this is a vegetarian group. ROFL. Okay Here is

one recipe.

Lentil Loaf

2 c. cooked lentils (not pureed) or 1 can Loma Linda

cooked lentils

1/2 c. chopped onion

2 eggs, slightly beaten (Maybe substitute eggs would

work. Haven't tried it with it)

1/4 c. oil

1 can evaporated milk

1 1/2 c. corn flakes or dried bread cubes

1/2 tsp. salt

1/2 tsp. sage or 1/4 tsp. sweet basil

1/2 c. chopped nuts

Keep ingredients whole and light. Sauté onion in

part of oil. Mix all together. Pour into oiled

casserole. Bake at 375 degrees for 50 to 60 minutes.

Serve in casserole with cranberry sauce or use

mushroom or tomato sauce.

This recipe I got from a book that I have on

vegetarian meals that other people make. My parents

bought it for me when they lived in Grand Rapids.

Their school where they use to teach were selling the

books.

Now see I knew this was a vegetarian place. Heehee.

Have a great evening and a good night sleep. JC
