I have some sliced in my freezer in a baggy but I usually remove it all from the package and then slice and freeze. If I don't it goes moldy rather quickly I have found. Next time I get to the store I will make a point of getting the brand name for you. It is very delicious. I use it in everything that calls for pepperoni, and sometimes enjoy it on a cracker with cheese. ~ P_T ~ We grow tyrannical fighting tyranny. It is very good. And thank you so much about freezing some. Mine always goes bad and for some reason never thought of only taking some out and freezing the rest.
