Introduction

 

Hi, my name's Andy and I have just joined. Haven't had time to look

round the site yet but will be looking for recipes that serve one.

All the magazines I have seem to think the smallest number people

cook for is 4. Looking forward to getting to know folks and sharing

I will try to post some meals for one or two that I find when I dig through my

cookbooks. I see them often enough, especially in this one type of cookbook I

get every year. It isn't vegetarian, so most of the recipes I adapt to fit my

eating style. However, they do always have a section in them for meals for 1

or 2 people.

 

For some of the 4 serving recipes, you might try freezing a few of the portions

for use later, if you have room in the freezer that is. I love cooking once and

eating twice; so convenient to have a meal ready and waiting there.
