Hi everyone

Well I sure blew the dinner yesterday. Even hubby

wasn't too happy about it. I had bought 4 pieces (w

for each of us) of pizza and we bought it home to eat.

Well hubby was saying, and it was true, that it was

too greasy and so much cheese on it. And there was

nothing healthy about it. He was saying there goes my

cholesterol up. Now I'm going to have to smarten up

and make a better meal then buying this greasy stuff.

He is right tho. No matter how good something is it

isn't worth ruining his or my health over it.

I remember reading somewhere that is you just take a paper towel or napkin

and blot off the grease off the top of a slice of pizza, you remove 75% of the

saturated fat from it; you know that yucky, orange tinged, slimey grease. bleh
