Hi everybody,

I'm new to the group and just wanted to say hello. I was raised a

vegetarian thanks to my wonderful mom. When I went to college I

found it extremely hard to stick with it and get all the nutrients I

need. I'm always on the run so it's hard to plan and then cook a

good vegetarian meal. I don't like meat and I have been eating a

small bit just to make sure I get enough protein but I want to avoid

that at all costs (the texture of meat is completely foreign to

me...yuck). That's why I'm here.
