Guest guest Posted October 14, 2002 Report Share Posted October 14, 2002 Garden Vegetable Spread 1 (8oz) tub fat-free spreadable cream cheese 1/2 cup finely chopped green pepper 2 ribs celery, finely chopped 2 medium carrots, shredded fine 6 radishes, finely minced or shredded 4 tsp green onions, finely minced 1 tsp dill weed snack toasts or pita bread In a bowl, combine the first seven ingredients.
