Thanks Cheryl for explaining about Tempeh. I'll have

to try and see if I can find it any in any stores.

LOL That's funny Shawn. LOL I would have done the same

thing myself. LOL

*I once almost purchased bok choy instead of leeks

(didn't know what a leek looked like) for my

vichyssoise. That would have been an interesting

outcome of a recipe. Thanks to the cashier for the

last second correction. Cheers, Shawn.**

Now I thought I share with you about a website if you

are interested, called http://tasteofhealth.net

There you will find where this lady makes a lot of

Vegan recipes if you are interested in checking it

out. :)

Well as I promised here is the recipe for the Gluten

steaks that I made and really like. I do hope you

enjoy this. It is try that 3 Tablespoons of garlic

powder seems really much but you really don't taste it

that much. Anyrate I want to give credit to this book

that I got called Cooking with a Mission. It's from a

church that is near us. They raise funds for mission

fields. :) Well I'll stop typing and type up the

recipe. :) JC
