HI there,

 

A big thanks to everyone who has shared their recipes for Miso soup.

 

I made my first pot of Miso soup last night and it was sooo yummy!

I put in some bamboo shoots, mushrooms, jalepeno pepper, red pepper,

green onion, snow peas, cut into pieces, fresh ginger, garlic, onion,

cilantro, a few baby corns, chopped into pieces, some rice noodles

(just a bit) and before I ladled the soup into our bowls I put some

fresh crisp bean sprouts in the bottom of the bowls.

 

I am going to use Miso a lot more now that I know what it tastes like

and how easy it is to use!
