Guest guest
Thanks, everyone, for your comments. If we had a moderator to this group, then a lot of our problems would be solved. Here's what I've noticed. I create a File Folder. I can delete my File Folder. Joe Blow puts a text file (recipe) in my File Folder. I want to delete my file folder but it informs me that I can't delete it because there's text files in it. So I can delete the text files I created, but now I have to write Joe and ask him to delete his text file before I can delete my folder. Joe creates a folder. Everyone can put text files in it. Susie creates a text file called " Sandwiches " . ONLY Susie can add, delete, or change information in the Sandwiches document. Joe can't add his sandwich. Does that help? That's why I set up folders into which anyone can add their recipes in the form of text files at any time. If you want changes to the organization of the folders, I'd better do them NOW, or it will be really a headache after the folders get filled up by many people.
