Guest guest
This makes a great after-school snack for kids. My neighbor had brought over some last fall, made with real cream-cheese. Today I had a little leftover pumpkin and decided to try to re-create it, using Tofutti " Better than cream cheese " . I did not have a recipe, just knew what was in it. It was a hit with my 5-yr old son. Here's what I came up with: Apple Dip 1 8 oz. tub Tofutti " Better than cream cheese " 1 cup of pureed pumpkin Approx 1/2 tsp cinnamon, or pumpkin pie spice (or to taste) Approx 3 Tbsp. Turbinado sugar (or to taste) Blend all in a food processor or blender. Serve as a dip with fresh apple slices.
