Guest guest Posted September 9, 2002 Report Share Posted September 9, 2002 Peanut Butter Pie Ingredients: 1-8oz. container veggie cream cheese 1 cup sugar 1 tsp. vanilla 1/2 to 1 cup peanut butter 1-16oz. container non-dairy whipped cream 1 graham cracker crust Directions: Mix together veggie cream cheese and sugar. Add vanilla and peanut butter. Fold in whipped cream. Put in crust. Place in freezer until hard (3 to 4 hours.) Cut and enjoy!!
