Wait until water boils to throw potatoes in. 2) Cook green beans after cutting off end tips and cutting beans in half in water with lots of salt for 10 minutes. Wait until water boils to throw beans in. 3) Strain and rinse under hot water. 4) Serve potatoes and beans together on plate with a dash of ground black pepper, some finely chopped fresh parsley, and a generous pouring of cold pressed olive oil over the potatoes and beans.
