I, too, am leaving the group. I made the initial email as a

suggestion only, not as a way to start a major feud. The group has

changed, which is fine, I only wish it had managed to do that without

so many people getting upset. What bothers me the most is that in

this time of remembrance of events nearly a year ago, this group is

rabidly attacking each other instead of accepting our differences

with respect. Everyone, myself included, is to blame in this. I

hope that we all take a moment to gather ourselves before posting to

this list next. If we cannot be civil to each other on a group that

is for not eating animals where the only point of contention is the

numbers of recipes in an email, how can we possibly expect warring

nations and racial tensions to subside? We reflect our nature in all

that we do... Too, the horrible events of last year should, at the

very minimum, have sent a message of tollerance. That we did not

learn this great lesson only adds to the devestation of the day.

 

May you all respect all those whom you have contact with...
