filo - hi everyone

Filo is a flour product that comes in sheets like thin paper. I've seen it used

mostly in Greek food, like spanokopita (filo with a spinach mixture inside) and

pastry like sweets (baklova ?sp). Each sheet is usually buttered or oiled so

that is why it can be tedious. You can use it without butter/oil but it just

isn't the same. I think in most of the USA it can be found in the grocery store

in the freezer section.

 

I'll post my spanakopita recipe next..
