Rice Recipes?

Hi folks,

 

I wonder if you all had some good recipes for Jasmine Rice.

 

It's great plain, or with veggies over the top, good with fake beef seasoned

" meat cubes " in broth on top, good with fried tofu, good with mushroom soup

and fake chicken in the oven, but without going so far as making icecream or

milk drinks, I wondering what other dishes might be good.

 

I found a wonderful special on 25 pounds of Jasmine Rice so am eagerly

looking forward to any recipe ideas you would like to share.
