Guest guest Posted August 31, 2002 Report Share Posted August 31, 2002 Crisp Coconut Biscuits4 ozs butter or margarine2 cups self raising flour1 cup coconutextra sugar1 cup castor sugarpinch salt1 eggCream butter and sugar, beat in egg, added siftedflour, salt and coconut. Roll into balls, press flatbetween the hands. Dip top side into sugar. Place ongreased baing trays, allow room for spreading. Bake ina moderately hot oven for 10 to 15 minutes or untilgolden brown.
