Soy Milk Powder

Shiela,

 

We've used soy powder in such recipes and it works fine. It's kind of

odd to work with, it is very fine and floats and clumps as you try to

mix it, so mixing it well when it comes time to add liquid is a

consideration. It doesn't dissolve easily as does milk powder.

 

Other than that, we found it works just fine.
