Guest guest Posted August 30, 2002 Report Share Posted August 30, 2002 I would just like to applaud each and every one of you that submitted a tofu suggestion. They were and are extremely helpful. I did the quick thaw method in the microwave like someone suggested, and wrapped in paper towels with soup cans on top of the cookie sheet...worked wonderfully! The texture was just as good as the chinese restaurants. This has definitely given me to courage to try more tofu recipes. I think this weekend I'm gonna attempt the oven- baked chicken like tofu recipe that was posted.
