Guest guest Posted August 25, 2002 Report Share Posted August 25, 2002 Pourable Chocolate Frosting1 1/2 cup sugar2/3 cup light corn syrup6 TBSPN water6 large egg whites2 oz melted unsweetened chocolateCombine sugar, water & corn syrup. Heat to boiling over medium heat.Boil, without stirring until it reaches 240 degrees on a candy thermometer.While the syrup is boiling, beat the egg whites until stiff.
