Already have several loafs of Zuchini bread in the freezer so need other recipes. Saturday we are leaving for CA and I am even taking some with me so I can cook them down there, the rest giving to friends. And I bet when we return we will have more in the garden ! :-) Thank you, Pat for the Veggie burger recipe using zuchini. Also, thanks...who ever posted the link to the different types of vegetarians/vegans. I will definitely check that out.
