Also, to find out the different kinds of vegetarians and so on, visit http://vegetariantimes.com/ one of the best resources I know. Vegan means no animal products whatsoever to SOME Vegans, but others will accept, for example, honey. Vegetarian means no meat of any kind -- no beef, pork, fish, or poultry -- but may include dairy and eggs. It all depends on the individual.
