Guest guest
Jennifer I have made meatless Oatmeal paddies, and they are pretty good. Now I used eggs but if you don't you can use the egg replacement if you like. Here is the recipe. 2 Cups of quick Oats. 1 Cup of cottage Cheese of Soya cheese if you don't want to use cottage cheese. 4 eggs or equivilent to 4 eggs. seasonings like basil, sage, and any other kind of seasonings you like to use when making spaghetti sauce. 1/4 C of milk, or evap. milk or soya milk. 1 chopped onion - anysize or if you don't like onions that's fine too. salt to taste. Mix all ingredients together and then make them into patties in the frying pan and fry them to the way you like them. Put them all in a casserole dish and then either make or get your own favorite kind of gravy mix, I use Mushroom soup for gravy and pour that over them and it's pretty good. You can eat the patties by themselves too if you want and make sandwiches in them There is vege ground made my Yves. Not sure if you get that Tim. BUt that is what I have used. It's pretty good. There is Original vege ground, Italian and Mexican. I like all of them. Hubby doesn't tho but that's ok if I mix it with something. I want to thank Ladyvelvet_1 (sorry I can't remember you name. ) Anyrate I want to thank you EVER SO MUCH for all the recipes you sent. WOW I copied them all and am saving them. Thanks so much. Hubby loves cookies so maybe when it gets cooler I might get busy and make some fo these goodies. Thanks again Take care everyone and keep smiling.
