Scalloped Potatoes

I love my crockpot for scalloped potatoes.

I use my usual recipe of potatoes and onions

and add a can of Campbell's nacho cheese

soup and a can of water, season to taste.

That sound very good. I usually make mine in the oven.

I was wondering how long is the cooking time in the

crockpot and what setting you place it on (high or

low)? Also, have you ever had troubles with the

potatoes turning grey due to oxidation, or does being

enclosed in the pot and covered in the sauce deter

this from happening?

Thanks in advance.

I put it on High (always in a hurry) and check

periodical for water and texture.

Never turned grey.
