Guest guest
We very much enjoy a dry mix you get in a box at Wild Oats and other places. I'm trying to find out the brand and will let you know, but next time you're at a store that carries vegetarian items, check or ask for dry mixes. It works remarkably well -- in fact, we fed it to my father once and he had no idea it wasn't a real meatloaf. It might be FANTASTIC brand. The old man didn't even know? Wow, it must be good. I will definately have to check it out. I tried searching for the Fantastic Foods website, but they are under construction currently " to better serve us. " Did you " doctor it up " ... the mix I mean, or did you just prepare it according to package instructions and serve it as is? ~ P_T ~
