Oh. Well, I guess they're not Golden Delicious then. Maybe

they're just NOT usable in which case you shouldn't feel

guilty about not using them!

Have you thought of making apple cider vinegar? There is at least one source that can tell how, it is a book called "Vim and VInegar" by Melodie Moore. I havent tried it, but if you are a craft person it might be fun.
