Guest guest Posted August 1, 2002 Report Share Posted August 1, 2002 SPINACH & CASHEW SALAD Yield: 4 servings 1 1/2 c Chopped raw spinach leaves 1/2 c Watercress 4 Green onions; sliced 1/3 c Cashews 1/2 c Croutons salad dressing -- (your favorite one) Combine the spinach, watercress, green onions, and cashews in a serving bowl. Spoon the dressing over the salad and toss. Eat immediately while crisp.
