Guest guest Posted August 1, 2002 Report Share Posted August 1, 2002 I love these, and usually just pay the extra few bucks for the container with very clean potatoes with salt included. I've only had them at home and once in a pub, but they're nice. 5 lbs clean, whole, small potatoes, with skins 1.5 cups salt (yes, that much, but you can reduce if you like/need) 2 quarts of water Boil for 20 minutes, or until tender.
