This has probably already been covered and I missed it...sorry but I am still new to all this. The bag has a recipe on it for Red Beans & Rice and I will try that but I was thinking more about using it in place of meat. Here are a couple questions I have but I would appreciate any info you can give me. 1. Do I just rehydrate it and then use it as I would meat...for hamburgers, tacos,meat loaf, casseroles etc.? 2.
