I added raisins, a handful of chopped nuts, and flax seed. Didn't have/want powdered milk. What does that do for the recipe? I've been " shopping around " for a granola recipe I like and this looks pretty darned good. I like to mix yogurt and granola. I don't care for all the additives to the grocery store products. I use Mountain High plain low fat yogurt. I'm a cherry lover, so I put one bag of frozen (thawed) cherries in the food processor to chop quickly (not puree). Then I put 1/2 of the cherries in a baggie into the freezer for the next batch, and add the remaining cherries to the yogurt. This is yummy, I think, but it may not be sweet enough for some folks. If you want to mix it with granola, though, you don't need to sweeten it. I put a couple of handfuls of homemade granola (too expensive from the store but *cheap* and *quick* to make) in a bowl, cover it with the yogurt mixture, stir and enjoy! YUMMMMMMMMMM!!!
