Guest guest
I don't measure anything, so just make this to your own taste. It's pretty, delicious, and nutritious. Hope you like it! (And yes, Max, it's another one I made up.) Strawberry Salad Lettuce of your choice and/or baby spinach leaves Croutons (optional) Sliced strawberries Walnut bits (optional) Broccoli (optional) Swiss or Cheddar cheese cubes (optional) Dressing Mayonnaise Fruit flavored yogurt (your choice of flavors) Lemon juice Sugar Poppy seeds I use fat-free mayo and fat-free yogurt, but you can use the fattening stuff if you want. This time I used peach yogurt, because it was what I had on hand. I've found the mayo/yogurt combination to be fabulous for any sweet/sour type of salad, like carrot/raisin salad, which is fabulous with pineapple yogurt. Hope you enjoy trying this recipe!
