We usually do just the sauce, baby spinach, and Kraft pizza cheese with the tomatoes and it's great. But I like the Greek olives on it too -- cut in small pieces, as it gives it zing. Let me know if you try it, would you? We love it! I've made it at home and taken it to my son's house wrapped up in saran wrap on the floor of my car and it weathers the trip just fine. Making time is less than 10 minutes this way. Oops! I see I forgot to mention the raisins in the carrot/raisin salad. LOL! Oh well, it's the dressing that makes that one so spectacular.
