Guest guest
Here's one of my summer faves. You know those times when your house is so hot you want popsicles for dinner and ice cream for desert? When you'd rather be shot twice and run over once than turn on the oven? There's no name for it because I think I made it up. This is about my speed for cooking anyway. And just look at those enzymes! If this doesn't make you gorgeous, what will? Ingredients: 1 large beefstake tomato 1/2 ripe peeled avocado Chop up in several pieces and add to blender. Whirr. Serve. Feeling ambitious? Okay, you can add spices if you want, but it honestly doesn't need any. This soup is very filling, btw, and elegant enough to serve fancy guests. Okay, if you have guests I guess you can garnish it with fresh parsley, if you really want to work hard. LOL! Let me know if you try it, okay? Guest guest
That sounds yummy! Avacados are my " new " friends, LOL. What a shame I went so many years refusing to try them! Might be good with a little garlic in it, though. I hope you enjoy it! I follow the blood type food lists (I really have to) and I'm not supposed to have avocado, but sometimes I cheat just to have this soup. <G> Melinda
