Guest guest
Hi all, This recipe came from Vegetarian Times magazine originally. It's very easy and yummy. I use red chard most often because my kids love how PINK the pasta turns <G>. ~Nita * Exported from MasterCook * Quick Pasta With Greens Recipe By : Serving Size : 4 Preparation Time :0:00 Categories : Main Dishes--Italian Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method -------- ------------ -------------------------------- 1 bunch greens -- such as kale or Swiss chard 1 pound pasta 1/2 cup lowfat cottage cheese 2 tablespoons lowfat 1% milk 2 cloves garlic pinch red pepper flakes 1/4 cup grated Romano cheese Prepare greens by washing, removing stems and shredding.
