Guest guest Posted May 14, 2002 Report Share Posted May 14, 2002 hi everyone, well i guess i need help with a diet plan, really i just need a typical vegitarian meal for one week breakfast, lunch, dinner, and dessert. I use to be a vegitarian in high school now I'm all grown and need to go back I kept weight off, now the weight has found me again :-( anyways I'm not a balloon just need to loose weight like 30 pounds nothing major and i started working out, I just need to get the hang of eating no meat again i guess any advice or diet schedules available? thanks in advance Quote Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
