Guest guest Posted May 11, 2002 Report Share Posted May 11, 2002 Spinach Casserole Penrose Victorian Inn Bed and Breakfast 133 Main Street Haydenville, Massachusetts 01039 Ingredients 2 packages chopped spinach 1 can artichoke hearts, quartered 3/4 stick butter One 8-ounce package cream cheese 5 grain crackers Cook spinach and drain. Melt butter and cream cheese; add spinach. In casserole, put 1 layer spinach, 1 layer artichokes, and 1 layer spinach. Cover with crumbled crackers. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 minutes.
