Guest guest Posted April 9, 2002 Report Share Posted April 9, 2002 2 Large Portabello Mushrooms (remove stems) 1/4 cup Olive Oil 1 Tbl. soy sauce (or Braggs Liquid Aminos....less sodium) 1 Tbl. steak sauce 1/4 ts. sugar 1 ts. minced garlic or (1/4 ts. garlic powder) Mix all together in a heavy plastic bag and let mushrooms marinade for at least an hour.
