-This one is really easy, also!

 

Balsamic Baked tofu

 

Ingredients:

 

1 block firm tofu (non silken)

3 Tbsp. soysauce

3 Tbsp balsamic vinegar

1 Tbsp garlic powder

1 Tbsp ground ginger

1 Tbsp sea or kosher salt

1/2 Tbsp coarse ground black pepper

1 Tbsp olive oil

Directions:

Cube tofu. Combine all remaining ingredients in a medium sized bowl. Add

tofu to sauce and cover all pieces well. For a more potent flavor, allow

tofu to marinate for up to 1 hour. Arrange on a cookie sheet, or or, even

better, place tofu on a cooling rack with a cookie sheet underneath. Bake

at 350F for 10 minutes. If you're using a cooling rack to bake, remove the

cookie sheet and bake for another 15 min., or until golden brown.

Serves: 2-4
