My kids and I love homemade peanut butter.

Simpe recipe -- and many uses.

 

2 cups roasted peanuts

1 tbsp. or so of peanut oil

a touch of salt if desired

 

Just dump it all in the food processor and process until you have

desired consistency. (You can make chunky by stirring in an extra

1/2 cup of chopped peanuts.)
