Guest guest Posted March 29, 2002 Report Share Posted March 29, 2002 Sun-Dried Tomato Pesto Pasta Salad Ingredients: * 4 oz or 100 grams sundried tomatoes in oil * 4 oz or 100 grams pine nuts * 1 cup of fresh basil * 3 cloves of garlic * 1/2 cup of olive oil * 1 package pasta spirals Directions: Combine all ingredients except pasta and blend for three minutes in blender. Meanwhile boil pasta until cooked. Drain pasta and combine with pesto ingredients. Serve hot or cold. Serves: 4. Preparation time: 15 mins.
