I am English and I live in South West France ( very difficult for a vegetarian as the French find the concept of non meat eating hard to understand) I have been d to the group for a few months but this is the first time I have written anything. I would just like to say how impressed I was when I read Katherine's mail on feeding fussy children. It must have taken a lot of courage to withstand comments from disapproving friends, etc. but she stuck to her guns and it sounds as though the children were well nourished with a well balanced diet. My children are all parents themselves now but how I remember those meal time fights and bad feelings about something that should be natural and pleasurable.
