Breakfast is generally a platter of raw fruit and perhaps crumpets, toast or cereal. Lunch - raw fruit/veg and thin rice/corn cakes spread with vegemite, sometimes noodle soup or something. Dinner - raw veg and something substantial and hot, like savoury pinwheels or bean tacos. IMO, raw fruit and veg are the best place to get vitamins from, so providing a wide range of them is generally the easiest and least overbearing way to do so. The cooked food provides that 'full' feeling that ppl are used to - altho i've noticed lately that bread products in particular cause me to feel 'overfull' instead. It's just my opinion that in today's world I feel the soil has been depleted of many of it's nutritional values and alot of it has been replaced with artificial or harmful nutrients and chemicals. Organic isn't always an option for some of us. I use supplementation as an insurance so to speak. Mother Nature has given us a wonderful buffet upon to feast but Man has taken it's toll.
