Guest guest Posted March 3, 2002 Report Share Posted March 3, 2002 Hi all, As soon as I began making smoothies for my breakfast, and dropped cheese and meat from my daily diet, I lost weight and inches! Easily! I still do eat cheese and meat occasionally, and am working on phasing the meat out entirely, then the cheese, but I totally notice a difference when I eat legumes, rice, tofu, etc. instead of usual " meat and potatoes " type food.
