Guest guest Posted February 22, 2002 Report Share Posted February 22, 2002 Peel and slice a banana into ½ " chunks - freezing overnight will yield a thicker smoothie. 2 cups chocolate soy milk (soy dream and white wave are good choices) 2 frozen bananas 1 Tbs flax seed (good for energy throughout the day) Add banana and soymilk to a blender - blend until smooth. Add flaxseed and blend until mixed. Serve immediately (serves 2) so easy, but tastes so yummy in the morning!
