Black Bean Hummus

Amount Measure Ingredient -- Preparation Method

16 ounces black beans

1 tablespoon Tahini

3 tablespoons olive oil

1 lime -- juiced

2 garlic clove -- sliced

salt and pepper

1 teaspoon ground cumin

 

In a food procesor, combine all the ingredients and process until smooth.

Cover and refrigerate until ready to use. Bring to room temperature

before serving.
