I don't remember where I got the idea for this one, but it's one of

my favorite 5-minute recipes. I've only had this cold, so I don't

know how it would be heated. But it's great in the summer when you

don't want to turn on anything hot. I'm not waiting for summer.

I'm going to have some tomorrow.

 

Take one big beefsteak tomato and 1/2 avacado, chop into pieces and

drop into the blender. Whirr. Pour. Eat!

 

That's it! (I'm a truly lazy cook - lol!)

 

This stuff is fancy enough to serve the Queen herself, and quite

filling. If you want, you can add some spices. I like it just as

it is, though. Loaded with vitamins, enzymes, and all the goodies

raw foods provide.
